Great staff, yummy breakfast, hard beds, location ok

The staff were all amazing!! Very kind and helpful, prompt and cheerful!! They were very accommodating with my mother in law, who was in a wheelchair during our visit to Rome. And the breakfast was amazing....great variety and kept refreshed until the end at 1030am.

Ugh the beds were hard as a rock. Also the location was close to the Termini Station but on the east side so much further away from the Colosseum, etc. Everything else was great!!

Well looked after by staff and Convenient location

The Hotel is located very close To Termini and Metro so very convenient. The staff were very good and catered to our requests swiftly.

Minor dislikes like The rooms were a bit dark with no main bright light - it was a hindrance while packing early morning as we had a train to catch. Also not very well sound proofed could hear toilets being flushed and Showers being used upstairs.

Better than others near Termini

Location is very convenient and staff very friendly and helpful. The building looks newly refurbished and generally clean.

The room itself isn't too big and has a very small entrance. Also, the only heating source is AC, which is loud and the filter looks a bit old, not convenient during winter nights.

The location is good very close to the train station.

The bed is not comfortable, lots of food for breakfast but not very fresh, the croissants were old. The gentleman who great us was pleasant, but the one who checked us out was not friendly.

Service from all hotel, staff was perfect. I felt welcomed and comfortable.

- Limited savoury options for breakfast, for vegetarians. - Pillows were too flat/dense. - Too much noise from bins and glass rubbish being cleared every evening, I didn’t sleep much for the whole trip.
